1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Core Residential's Core Builder software and related services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our Services.
2. Description of Services
Core Builder provides project management tools for residential builders, including scheduling, task management, inspections, daily logs, document management, and related features. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time with reasonable notice.
3. Account and Subscription
You must create an account and provide accurate information to use the Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. A 7-day free trial is available for new accounts; payment method is required before the trial begins. After the trial, you will be charged automatically unless you cancel.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You will not:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on the intellectual property or privacy rights of others
- Transmit malware, spam, or harmful content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other accounts
- Use the Services to harass, abuse, or harm others
5. Payment and Refunds
Payments are processed through Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method for subscription fees. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis; contact us for assistance.
6. Intellectual Property
The Services, including software, design, and content, are owned by Core Residential and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of data you upload; you grant us a license to use that data to provide the Services.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Core Residential shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms or for any other reason with notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.
